Java Error -Cisco Unity

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with recording WAV in Unity, when ever i tired to Play or record it says InitMMAppletInstance failed to get instance.

Java Version : Version 7 update 79

Internet Explorer : Version 11

Cisco Unity Version :7.1.5.30000-117

Please advise

I have CUC 10.5.2

Would you be able to help for Directory Handler greetings wav file upload?

Java is not working and ATM has no option for Directory Handler greetings file change option.

I tried the tool but get an Unhandled exception error when trying to record.

Update from my end, I found a windows 7 computer that had not been updated and was able to get the play/record function to work.    This was after trying every other solution that I could find.
