Has anyone had any luck in configuring a Kronos inTouch Timeclock as a SIP device in UCM (we have ucm 8.6). I have a couple of non-cisco SIP devices already installed and working, but this one isnt. there is no info on the Kronos support sites for this, so I though i would ask here.
The only options I have on the device itself is Registrar, userid, password and STUN server. We dont use a STUN server, so we have been leaving this blank.
As for the UCM config - I am using the Statdard 3rd party SIP (Basic) device type.
any thoughts?
