Gracias, merci, grazie, thank you.
If you have the audiofile built, I can give it a look now. Also, a bug come out for a related issue, which exact IOS are you using ?

See below, supposed to be fixed in 12.4(11), but sometime one never knows. Note I recommend 12.4(11)XJ4 for all installations, as is the most stable release so far.
CSCek27376 Bug Details
fxo tone supervision disconnect not working when connection plar
Topology:
PSTN --- VIC2-4FXO(c3845)-- Cisco IP phone
Scenario:
PSTN rings FXO. FXO answers and connection plar to IP phone. When the phone is still ringing, PSTN caller hangs up and PSTN sends a disconnection tone but it isn't disconnected
However, it is working if tone is received after the ephone answered the call. It's also working if connection plar target changed form ephone to a fxs.
Workaround:
Use connection plar opx instead of connection plar

Hello,
I have some problems with B-ACD too.
I have a router in H.323 mode, with SRST configured. I am using same version of B-ACD. I changed many IOS version but the result is the same.I can see "TCL AA: ++ Playing Welcome Prompt and options menu ++" in debug, I can see the file name chosen by script is correct, but I can't hear anything on PSTN phone. I attached debug, sh ver and sh flash.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Cristian

Can you send output of "show diag" ? Also, the prompts, are the cisco defaults ?
03-24-2008 10:20 AM
Hi Paolo,
Thank you for your response.
The prompts are from "cme-full-4.1.0.2.tar", the version that works with IOS 12.4(15)T.
Please find below "sh diag":

There is no apparent reason for the thing not to work. Does the line work without B-ACD/AA ?
Can you try 12.4(4)XC7 or 12.4(11)XJ4 ?
03-24-2008 11:45 AM
The line works fine without B-ACD.
I will try tommorow in the morning that versions of IOS with proper scripts. SP Services or IP Voice? Do you have any recommendations on this?
Thanks,
Cristian
03-24-2008 11:50 AM
That should not make any difference.
03-24-2008 11:51 AM
Ok.
Thanks.
I will let you know tommorow.
03-25-2008 06:25 AM
Hi Paolo,
I tested recommended IOS versions. Also I changed the router with a 3845. Unfortunately the result is the same. The only difference is now I can see two errors in debug:
Mar 25 13:01:14.719: //-1//HIFS:/hifs_ifs_cb: hifs ifs could not open file flash:en_bacd_options_menu.au
Mar 25 13:01:14.771: //4//MSM :/ms_handle_stream_timer: prompt load failed waiting to associate
*Mar 25 13:01:14.771: //4//MSM :/ms_stop_play: mgdTstop at 00:13:54.076 (cause MS_STOP_SETUPFAIL)
I will use your "pl2" script. Can you give me your audio prompts please? Maybe audio prompts are broken.I dont know what to think
anymore.
Thanks,
Cristian
03-25-2008 06:45 AM
Hi Cristian,
now the router cannot open the prompt file, config problem. My script won't make any difference in that, and the cisco prompts are ok. Check again config and send it here if you want.
03-25-2008 07:40 AM
Hi Paolo,
As far as I can see, the script seems to play the first ".au" file(en_bacd_welcome.au), but I can't hear anything. After that, the script play the second ".au" file(en_bacd_options_menu.au) and now I have the following errors:
*Mar 25 14:19:59.915: //1//MSM :/ms_handle_stream_timer: prompt load failed waiting to associate
*Mar 25 14:19:59.915: //1//MSM :/ms_stop_play: mgdTstop at 00:07:04.220 (cause MS_STOP_SETUPFAIL)
Event = MSW_EV_SYNTHESIZER(1), Context 0x686AB520, Type MSW_SYNTH_TYPE_SYNTHESIZE(2), Reason MSW_SYNTH_REASON_SETUPFAIL(12).
I tried this setup even with an IP Phone and an voip dial-peer with "service aa". Same result.
I attached config and debug. If you don't see any config problem I think I will open an TAC Case.
Thank you for your support,
Cristian
