LDAP Authentication for different OU

Hi,

We've configured our CUCM v9.1.1 to sync the AD account from 2 different OU. However, when we performed the authentication, we can only point to 1 OU.  We've user which reside in Support OU and need to be authenticate.

E.g.:

LDAP Directories Configuration

OU=Smartnet,DC=technology,DC=com,DC=sg

OU=Support,DC=technology,DC=com,DC=sg

LDAP Authentication Configuration

OU=Smartnet,DC=technology,DC=com,DC=sg

Make your authentication top level, DC=technology,DC=com,DC=sg

As heathrw stated (+5), you always want to point to top level for the LDAP Authentication configuration.
