Buen dia
Tengo un Call Manager version 7.1 el cual esta integrado un directorio activo pero no importa todos los usuarios, uno 15 usuarios no son importados, la sincronizacion y la auntenticacion son correctas.
los usuariois que no importa estan en la misma carpeta donde otros si son importandos, la busqueda la estoy realizando desde la raiz del direcorio activo
alguna idea que pueda estar pasando?

El idioma mas comun a usar en NetPro es ingles, de otra manera solo una fraccion de usuarios va a entender tu problema.
Reescribe la pregunta en ingles y usalo a partir del siguiente post o reply que hagas a partir de este momento.
Verifica que en AD los usuarios tengan lastname, de otra manera no se sincronizan.

You got a point Michael. But the translation, specially when it comes to technical language, sometimes gives you very weird things.
For example what you posted would translate as:
make sure the users have a lastname in the year.

Also if you are not using sAMAccountName as the 'userid' field, check that the selected field is unique for those users. E.g. if you are using telephoneNumber, see whether another user has the same telephoneNumber field as another user in the AD.
In that scenerio only one of the two users with the same userid attribute will be imported.
