License for new CUE

Our client recently bought a CME/CUE combo, and I am sure they took 4 CUE ports along with the default of 2 (CUE is running on ISM).  However, I don't see that reflecting on the device.  The last time that I handled a CUE, the licenses were already loaded on the module, hence no need for me to obtain the license key from the PAK.  Is it possible that I need to retrieve the license for this one?

Hi John,

You are most correct that the licenses would normally have been

preinstalled if ordered when the ISM router was purchased. But perhaps

you received a PAK for the additional 4-Port licenses. If so, here are the steps
