Currently my customer has asked the similar question regarding the new licensing method in Cisco Unity Express Virtual 9.0.x in KVM ISR4000. What does this statement (in bold) means? "CSL is maintained upto v9.0.3. For higher versions than that, mailboxes and ports are enabled by default."

Does that mean Cisco Unity Express Virtual version higher than 9.0.3 could be installed in KVM ISR4000 without any purchase of Voice Mail port license (free enabled port license)?
