Licensing info required for CME & SRST

Hi,

One Cisco phone consumes 3 license units to connecto to CUCM. If we have CME site acting SRST too. How many license unit will be consumed for one phone. In case, we are in active SRST mode, we need to have more license ? Thanks

CME acting SRST too - what that means ?

If phone is used at any time under CM that consume DLUs.

If you have a router acting SRST or SRST/CME mode, phone licenses covered by the above.

If phone is used under standandalone CME, that requires CME phone licenses, that are not enforced.

Sorry i meant to say SRST/CME (CME acting SRST). I got the meaning that For only SRST, we dont need to have DLUs separate it will be consumed by CUCM ?? Pls correct me if i am wrong

Standalone CME, which requires phone licenses,  what are the methode per seat, per device ?

CME requires one license per phone.
