Hi,
Are you sure everything seems good in configuration?
Possible to get SIP traces (REGISTER and appropriate response) to see what exactly going on?

Is there any provision in lifesize to get SIP traces? Otherwise, you can enable SIP traces under Serviceability and get it using RTMT.

I had a similar issue a few days ago with a 3rd party sip device. Here is what you need to check
1. Configure a digest user and associate this to he phone
2. Configure digest credentials. Ensure your credential is complex.
3. Configure the digest credential on the lifesize device as well as other parameters.
If you still have issues collect cum traces as Vivek has mentioned..
