Limit available ring tones per phone

I have users with 7925's and CUCM 6.1.  The supervisors are asking that I limit the ring tone chices.  Is there a way to limit this without limiting all phones?

The phones get the ringlist from the TFTP server they have configured.

You'd need to set a separate TFTP for those phones to get their configurations and also to look at for ring tones.
