Hi Experts, can we restrict the CUCM 12.0 outbound https access to list of IP/URLs, for the smart licensing to function? Thanks

Hi Jaime,
Can't open the link you shared. I am also looking for something similar. More so for Cat 9K accessing the smart licensing on Cisco.com. I believe the same whitelist should work for both Collab and Switching products.

That's the URL to which products communicate, not a link where the info is.

Hi Amojarra,
when I do a nslookup tools.cisco.com the result is: 72.163.4.38
when I do a nslookup smartreceiver.cisco.com the result is: 173.36.127.32
both are not in your list.. any idea?
Thanks in advance,
Wim
