Missing full number in Diversion Header

When call is forwarded from CUCM to any mobile number, it is giving "500 Server Internal Error" from Service provider.

Upon checking the logs, found that in Diversion header CUCM is only sending 4 digit DN number in Diversion header.

Diversion: "test - 6/11" <sip:1476@CUCM IP address@>;reason=unconditional;privacy=off;screen=ye
P-Asserted-Identity: "Kamal - 6823" <sip:+3222546823@CUCM IP Address>

How can we send full number in diversion header?

Actual problem is: EG: Call Manager is in Belgium and SBC is in Germany.
* When call is forwarded to Germany number: Calling number CLIP is showing correctly. And when is rejected by called number, SMS notification is also showing correct calling CLIP number.
* But When call is forwarded to Belgium number: Calling number CLIP is showing correctly. And when is rejected by called number, SMS notification is show different calling CLIP number.
And in both the case> diversion header is same:
Diversion: "test - 6/11" <sip:1476@CUCM IP address@>;reason=unconditional;privacy=off;screen=ye

And provider is telling that its because of wrong Diversion header. Diversion header should include full number.
In both case, diversion header is same.

How is the directory number configured? If it is only 4-digit number, then it works as designed.

But anyway:

You can manipulate the Diversion header with Sip-profiles on the CUBE.
