listen to 911 calls from another extension

We have a large campus with multiple buildings.  currently on the old phone system if a user from anywhere on campus dials 911, a phone(s) in main security office rings and the staff can listen to the call in order to help locate the user on the campus and also be able to respond faster.  There are 2 enterences to the campus, so getting emergency responders directed to the closest one is super important.

how could this be done on the CUCM?  do we need to get Cisco Emergency Responder?

This is a Pub/Sub environment.

I don't believe you can do it without a third-party solution such as informacast unless something has changed in recent versions.

CUCM has no way to what you're asking out of the box, been some time since I stopped supporting CER, but I don't recall that as an option, at least not on 10.x releases.

Not sure if using external call control profiles it would be possible to create a conference, but you'd also need to custom program that.

What you're asking is really more of a UCC feature called monitoring.
