logs from CUCM 11.5 for the end user pin reset

Hi All,

Please help me to get the logs from CUCM 11.5 for the end user pin reset.

Basically one high end user's pin was not working twice and had to reset.

So need to check if there was a pin reset happened from admin side or from the user side.Please help.

Hi,

The best thing to look at is the cucm audit logs. That should tell you who did a reset of the pin.

Your best option would be the tomcat logs, they will also show the user side.
