Looking for Catalyst Switch EAP Forwarding sample configuration

Dear all, 

I would just like to quickly check what the equivalent configuration is like below.

So the following is third party sample configuration however the switch can function as EAP forwarding (Pass-through) so I would like to know how the cisco's feature can be possible?

(config)# l2protocol-tunnel eap

Or just please let me know basically Cisco Catalyst switches do not support something like EAP forwarding.
