Hi,

My sx20 devices are registered to our call manager. We want to receive video calls from outside to our sx20. How can they call us from ip address of call manager? Is there any doc for this?

Thanks.

1) To enable Business to Business Call you need to configure Cisco Expressway C/E and enable B2b Dialing over It.
Refer below document

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/expressway/213864-configure-business-to-business-audio-and.html

2) Sx20 can also function as a Standalone H323 device. In this scenario no need to register it to CUCM but you need to NAT It to public IP. The first method of using Expressway is a secure and preferred method.
