We use a 4 port FXO in a 2911 running 151-4.M3, Cisco Unity Express 8.6.1 on ISM. The line are provided by Telekom Malaysia.
The user experience weird problem
Sometime not able to place outgoing call
Sometime earing incoming call when are in conversation
Many call just hang-up
Some call don't hang-up
I'm not familiar with FXO configuration and the router was build by default for most of the config. I suspect cp-tone problem but I'm not finding the proper one. Did someone as similiar problem and/or solve it with custom cp-tone ?
I'm offsite site in Canada, so du to the time zone, I will not be able to test it quick with end user.

The way is described, these are not cptone problems but an intermittently bad line, for which you have to complain to telco.

I will open a ticket with the carrier but I think the local tech already did that. I will make sure

Have the line connected to a regular phone, make a lot of test calls, especially when it rains.

We test the line with analog phone and we experience similar issues.
I contact the Telco to fix the line.
Sometime you really need to take a step back and begin the basic troubleshooting...
