Hi all,
the attached Malicious Call Trace alert appeared on RTMT and it seams neither the calling IP phone nor the called one have MCID (Malicious Call Trace Trigger) soft key.
So what is the possible reasons for producing that RTMT alerting.

Can you attach Call manager traces for the time you have seen the alert, attach it from all server and make sure they are set to detail, if they are not already then set it to detail and wait for another alert.
