You need to create dial-peer with destination pattern of number you need to match for outbound calls and associate respective port number of FXO line
example
dial-peer voice 10 pots
destination-pattern 94087847430 (destination pattern can be common or number pattern which is going to match this dial-peer)
port x/y/z
FXS generally used analog phone line again you have to create a dial-peer with pots x and associate FXS port number for receiving call.
