Mask DN for internal calls CUCM

 Good day every one,

we have help desk here in our company

the members in the help desk have extension numbers and we want to mask the number when they contact other user to show the help desk number

for example user with extension 800X we wanted to appear like 6655

I tried to create Calling Party Transformation Pattern butt it does not mask the number

Couple of options:

1. use calling party modifications, you will need to ensure the partitions and CSSes are assigned correctly for the calling phones to match these transformations

2. use translation patterns, the helpdesk phones would not have access to other phones' partitions, but only to the TP(s) partition which is setup not to transform any digits, but is using calling party transformation.  Depending on your dial-plan there may need to be lots of TPs created to cover all internal calling that helpdesk phones do.
