MCU 3515 Registration failed with callmanager

HI,

I have installed an MCU 3515 in order to use it for videoconference but it doesn't register with the callmanager!

I have configured the MCU with CLI, gave IP addresses for the two cards : MC and EMP,i configured the right masks,.. i have added the MCU in the callmanager as a video bridge. But in the callmanager the status of this bridge is "UNKNOWN" : it didn't register with the callmaner.

Please help me!!

I solved the problem!

All i had to reconfigure the EMP port, by indicating the IP @ of the MCU, and the the MCU will be registered in the CallManager.

I have the same problem. Reconfigure EMP port and indicating IP address of MCU. Does it mean MCU and EMP ports' IP addresses should be same???
