We run a small CCX call center, with compliance recording
We have integrated CUCM + Mediasense to do BIB Ip phone recording on the agents phone. However this method of recording does not allow me to record conversation end to end; meaning transferring call to phone that does not have BIB configured.
What other ways can i record calls end to end.
My objective is to record calls regardless of who it is transferred and conferenced to
