Mediasense Recording - End to End

hi All,

We run a small CCX call center, with compliance recording

We have integrated CUCM + Mediasense to do BIB Ip phone recording on the agents phone. However this method of recording does not allow me to record conversation end to end; meaning transferring call to phone that does not have BIB configured.

What other ways can i record calls end to end.

My objective is to record calls regardless of who it is transferred and conferenced to

Hi,

In which case, you should not go for BiB based recording and should go for SPAN based recording. What are the Phone models you use at your environment ?
