How do you disable video switching on a per (Video conferencing)call basis with Cisco Meeting Place Express 2.0?
We want the video for the host to be on at all times even when another video capable meeting participant is speaking.

There is no floor control in MPE. It will use voice-activated switching across all video participants.
If this is a requirement, I would recommend looking at MeetingPlace 7 using an external MCU.
