MeetMe Conference passcode in CME

Hi,

We are using Cisco CME and Unity Express 7.0. Is it possible to add passcode protection(or something similiar) to our meetme conference calls?

Hi Sing,

Unfortunately this is not supported feature and we can not configure password protected meet-me conference. But you can use tcl scripts and see if it helps.

Download TCLware.2.0.1.zip from cisco.com and see if it helps. Personally I have not tested it but have seen others using it.

Ronak is correct, however you can also write a CUE script which prompts the users for digits and validates them against a preconfigured password before connecting them to the MeetMe conference number.

This question has been asked many many times before and there are plenty of more detailed answers in this forum - try searching and you'll find some.
