Hi All,
I have a customer that has a UC520 with cme 8.1 and cue 7.0.1. Recently an upgrade was done by an external party and now there is an issue where when users are accessing there voicemail the pin is not being recognised. It seems that the digits on the phone are not being recognised on the cue.
The auto-attendant is still working and users are able to leave voicemails.
Can someone advise what can be the cause for this issue?

Hi thanks for the logs.
You currentlyu have 2 DP to CUE with differnt DTMF.
You need to update one of the 2.
Please access the CUE and RUN 'sh ccn sub sip'
Base on the output you need to modified the DTMF metho for DP 900 or DP 2001
Please Kudos/rate if this help!

Thank you Jose,
I verified the auto attendant dp was working fine and changed the voicemail dp to the dtmf relay to nte-rtp and this worked. I beleieve that the cme 8.1 versions requires this since before the upgrade it was working fine with ver 7.1.
Thanks again.
