We use Unity Connection 2.1.1 for voice mail. We have Avaya Definity G3Si users that use the Unity Connection for voice mail. I have three phones that the MWI's are not lit when they have a message.
I have reset the phones in the Avaya Switch with the command clear amw all xxxx. When I look in Unity Connection it says the MWI is on. Is there a command in Unity Connection to reset or turn off and turn on the MWI's ??

dont know about unity connection, but in straight unity, you could dial the mwi on / off numbers on the phone and toggle the light.

If you look at Tools-->Task Management, you can actually find the task to resync MWI on all phones and set it to run whenever you like.
