Mexico Voice Issue - phone continues to ring after disconnect

I am working with 4 telmex lines that are connected to FXO ports on a Cisco 2811 Router (12.4).   When calls ring into any of the lines and is hung up on the other end before it is answered.  The phone continues to ring and often a new voicemail is left because the call never disconnects.

This is my first experience with voice in Mexico.  I did some research and came up with the following configs.  However the issue still remains.  I do not believe I have the correct cadence and frequency settings.  Does anyone know what these should be?

voice class custom-cptone FXO

dualtone disconnect

  frequency 427 497

  cadence 230 540

voice-port 0/1/3

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

supervisory custom-cptone FXO

no comfort-noise

cptone MX

timeouts call-disconnect 1

timeouts wait-release 1

timing hookflash-out 50

caller-id enable

Discovered my issue.  The fix was changing the frequency and cadence to

frequency 420 430

  cadence 319 319

shut/no shut the ports and tested.  Phone rings only once after the call is hung which is a huge improvement.

Excelente Respuesta !!!

Esa es la cadencia y frecuencia para las lineas de Telmex,

La tengo funcionando en un Router CISCO2901/K9 con este IOS c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M4.bin

Version 15.1(4)M4

FXO port dont know the diconnect frequency used in pstn line. we solve this issue by capturing the parameters( frequency and cadence)

create a custom cptone using the command ' voice class custom-cptone '

using this command we can customize disconnect tone, busy tone, pstn line parameter

voice class custom-cptone magicJack

dualtone disconnect

frequency 480 620

cadence 255 255 255

voice-port 0/3/0

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

supervisory custom-cptone magicJack

timeouts call-disconnect 2

timing hookflash-out 500

connection plar opx 5551000

caller-id enable

use this also :

This's worked for me, my TELCO provider is AXTEL, and this was the voice class TAC found out:

voice class custom-cptone CPTONE-AXTEL

dualtone disconnect

  frequency 425

  cadence 510 510

There were some other commands added to the voice ports, although I'm not sure what they are for:

voice-port 0/2/0

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

supervisory custom-cptone CPTONE-AXTEL

timeouts call-disconnect 3

timeouts wait-release 3

timing hookflash-out 50

timing guard-out 1000

I hope someone can explain their use when they are applied to FXO ports.

Gracias  jordrodr,Para mi fue util, las llamadas que entraban por una FXO con llinea de axtel y se desviaban hacia la PSNT de axtel por otro FXO no se estaban desconectando.
