MGCP FXO Issue

We have a weird issue going on.  We configured a VG202 for testing purposes.  Configured in CUCM with MGCP, endpoints are registered and everythign.  MGCP shows active. When testing the FXO ports, we keep getting fast busy.  I've captured some debugs, and it's odd that I don't see a calling or called number

You cannot connect end point on FXO ports. These ports are for connecting telco lines.

Can you explain a little more about your setup. and i dont recommend using MGCP with FXO.
