MGCP RTP Stream problem

Hi All,

I have a problem with my mgcp gateway.Below is the scenerio.

Cisco Unity express has been configured in service module of 2951 router.

The router is configured as MGCP gateway & a PSTN PRI is connected to it.

I have configured a welcome prompt in the unity express & routed the receptionist call to unity express.

Here the problem is most of the times when incoming call comes to reception the rtp stream flows between MGCP gateway & Unity express for welcome prompt.But the users are not able to hear anything.

Can some one help out with this problem.
