Migrate database from Voice Messaging to Unified Messaging

Hello all,

We are planning to upgrade Cisco Unity 7.x (Voice Messaging) into Unity Connection 8.6. We need to configure Unity Connection as Unified Messaging to get VM in Phones & Mailboxes.

Can i migrate the database of Cisco Unity which is configured as Voice Messaging into Unity Connection which will be configured as Unified Messaging ?

Check out COBRAS tool at ciscounitytools.com review the video training and online help. This will let you migrate database and messages from Unity to UCON, to get UCON integrated with Exchange for single inbox you will need to configure single inbox feature on the users and create the integration as nicely described in UCON install and config guides.
