Hi Muhammad
The steps for this are well documented in this forum and other places - I suggest you use the excellent search facility to find other posts on the same topic, however in summary:
1. Build the new Unity Connection server at the latest version and install the necessary language packs.
2. Go to www.ciscounitytools.com and install "COBRAS Export for Unity" on your existing Unity Server.
3. Run the export operation.
4. From the same web site in step (2), download and install "COBRAS Import for Connection 7.1+" on your PC.
5. Use the database export created in (3) to import the information into Connection.
6. You will then need to configure Unified Messaging on the new Connection Server integrated with your Exchange environment. The process for doing this is very differerent (for that read "easier") than traditional Unity. Again, the Unity Connection documents covers this in a lot of detail.
The above COBRAS tools are well documented on the web site.
