I am trying to use MigrationFX to migrate 7940 and 7960 phones to new out of the box 7821 and 7841's.
I followed the doc and worked with MigrationFX support and the new phones (78XX) phones are not being recognized by the Unified FX software.
I noticed that the new phones are not being added to CUCM with the web access enabled. I enabled Web access in the Enterprise Phone Configuration and the Common Phone profile. I even created a new common phone profile and added it to the Auto Registration template ?
The unfied FX support said I did not need individual phone templates for each model , but I read a post in this community saying I need to ?
