Hi all,
a customer is complaning that a missed call is shown on the phone even if the call has been anwered by someone else using pickup.
Is there any way to suppress the missed call in this case? I know that this was impossible in the past, but maybe there is a way now...
CUCM is latest 8.6, the upgrade to 9.0 is planned. The phones are all 9971.

Unfortunately this is working as design. We can not change it ad missed call will be shown even if it is answered by other member of pickup group.

Missed calls is a phone-based feature. If a phone gets presented a call by CUCM and then doesn't answer it, the phone assumes it's a missed call. The phone doesn't know another phone answered it.
The only thing you can do, is under the line appearence to untick the log missed calls option.
