One of the user is facing issue with cisco 7942 hard phone. Missed call logs is empty in the directory.
CUCM version:-8.X
On verifying the line setting missed call log parameter check box selected.
Any input on this would be helpful.

Try any of the below two:
1) Delete ITL file from the phone setting:
Settings>Security Settings> Trust List> ITL>Select - Press **#
Press more>erase
Test it again
2) Perform a factory reset of the phone.
