Hello,
We are facing an issue with one of the user who is using Cisco 8845 and 7965 phone.
User is suing 7965 phone in office and 8845 phone at home and connectivity is using IPMan. The issue is when ever the call comes it rings on both extensions but the missed call is lodged only in 7965 and not in 8845 phone.
In 8845 phone no missed call but all the numbers are showing in All Calls section.
Is there a way to sync or is there a problem with 8845 phone.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Hi SN,
There is no way to sync call history between the phones but for 88XX IP phones the received and placed calls from shared lines are logged in the Call History. To view all the call history logs, open the Call History screen. The following table describes the call state, icon, and tag for shared lines.
Call State | Call Icon | Tag | ||
---|---|---|---|---|
Locally placed calls |

Locally received calls |

Thank you all. Finally it was a simple fix.
Unchecked the Log missed call option and check the box again fixed the issue.
Thanks
