Mobile phone reset busy after end call

Hi all,

When I call an IP Phone from outside of my cell, and I finished the call from the IP Phone, my mobile remains in communication, i mean busy. what is the probleme here? so what is the configuration i should includ here?

Collect the debugs from the gateway for the call.

You need o check what exactly is the call flow like , for Ex:-

T1 PRI >> MGCP Gateway >> CUCM >> IP Phone
