Hİ there guys;
I am having a problem in establishing a connection betwwen CM and ALCATEL. as you can see throuhg the logs attached when I call a number which is in Alcatel from CM i.e 4080 the first invite message is 4@10.28.132.111 but as a matter of fact it should be 4080@10.250.0.13 and at the third INVITE message right number is called and I hear it is ringing then called party picks the phone then the call drops and it gives a busy tone after 3 seconds. After I end the call it sends cancel message and the connection can not be established. I check the route pattern. it seems right but ı am missing something. please help.
Thanks in advance

Hello,
I checked the logs, the first INVITE (4@10.28.132.111) was sent from SIP CIPC to CUCM (CIPC sends digits overlap (digit by digit) to CUCM). afterwards CUCM sent an INVITE message to Alcatel (INVITE sip:4080@10.250.0.13:5060), so what do we see so far is expected.
Later we got a ringing message from Alcatel, and during the ringing state the CIPC dropped the call (Cancel Message) before getting the 200 OK from Alcatel, so I do not see that other side picked the call.
Can you please provide full CUCM logs covering the whole call?
from hard IP phones, the calls work fine?
Thank you,
Shadi
