Hi All,
We are testing with Mobile Voice Access . We configure the Gateway , CCM Remote destinaion profile as per the feature guide.
We able to here the IVR . When we dial the desire number call disconnected.
What could be the Issue ?

- Are you using H.323 GW / MGCP / SIP for the MVA VXML script ?
- Is the outbound dial peer on the gateway match up to the number configured under Media Resources > Mobile Voice Access ?
- Can you set the 'Cisco CallManager' and 'Cisco Mobile Voice Access' traces to Detailed and Debug respectively, perform a test call, collect these 2 logs and upload them here ?

Hi All,
We got it Now.
Issue is Outgoing call blocked due to Logical Partitioning issue . Now Everything works fine.

Hi,
I am unable to dial the MVA no from the LAN & unable to hear the IVR script...I have followed all the steps from the features guide 7.1.2.....
