Hello,
We have a customer who wants to replace the ringtones with MoH. When someone calls them, they want the caller to hear MoH instead of ringing tones.
It's possible? we try with hunt pilot activating queing, and with Call Handlers in Unity without sucess.
Now we are trying with CCX but the called phone does not see the original phone number but the CTI Port.

The term you are looking for is called "ringback"
I don't know exactly how to do it, but with that search keyword, you should be able to find a lot more relevant information.

Paulo, by default the CTI Port number will be shown while the call is in Ringing state. As soon as the call is answered, the CTI Port number will change to the actual ANI automatically, reason for this CTI port does a Consult Transfer to the agent hence the number initially shows up as the port number and later change to actual ANI once call is answered. If you want to show the actual DNIS even in Ringing state then this behavior can be changed starting UCCX 10.x, refer below:
