MOH error on CUCM 8.5

Hi all,

I try to use a new moh. So when I upload the file, I see in the list of "Music On Hold Audio File Management":

File name	Length	File Status
SampleAudioSource	5 min 38 sec	In Use
SilenceAudioSource	0 min 30 sec	Translation Complete
mymoh	0 min 0 sec	Opening /usr/local/thirdparty/jakarta-tomcat/temp/mymoh.audtmp

So, when I try to add a new MOH Audio Source, I don't see in the list "MOH Audio Source File" the file that I added previously.

I try to restart Cisco Tomcat Service but without result.

Is someone have an idea?

Have you tried restarting the IPVMS?

of course. the size of the .wav file is 1,22 MB

Hi all,

I try to convert the original mp3 file with another wav converter, and it works now!

So, be careful if you use the software "Switch Sound File Converter" to turn you mp3 files into wav.
