Hi,
When I go to Media resources/MoH audio file management I see the error:
Unmapped Exception The entity name must immediately follow the \'&\' in the entity reference.
I can upload a file, but I don't see it when I want to create a new MoH audio source.
When this sysem was running on 5.1 this feature was working fine, it seems after the upgrade to 7.1.5 we have this issue.
I can not sure about that, because we didn't upload that many MoH files.
The MoH music seems to playing fine, I just can not add new one's in the MoH audio file management.
Any idea?
thanks,
JH

You might want to try this:
https://www.ciscotaccc.com/kaidara-advisor/voice/showcase?case=K96530834
If that doeasn't work, open a TAC case as the fix will require root access.

Hello Java,
I did some searching on the forum and found this bug, but I don't think I can solve the problem in the way the bug solution describes.
To me it seems that all MoH files work fine and that there are no errors. I have deleted some files which are not in use anymore, but this also this didn't change anything.
The error points to an XML error.
I have just now opened a case with Cisco and also the TAC engineer came with the same remark as you did.
I think the engineer has to have root access and solve the problem.
Thank you for your help,
Jan
