Where can we download sample music for the CUCM?
We just see the one and only sample music that is included. There used to be a CD-ROM that shipped with the CUCM
on earlier versions, does not seem to be the case anymore.

The Cisco-provided Music on Hold (MoH) CD is no longer available with new Cisco Unified Communications Manager orders, including releases 4.3, 5.1, 6.0, 6.1, 7.0 and 7.1.
In the past, Cisco obtained licenses directly from musicians featured on the Music On Hold CD to allow Cisco to distribute the music to customers royalty-free for their use. Cisco has a license to distribute this music on the Music on Hold CD. However, Cisco has learned that in some countries, locally-based copyright collection societies have attempted to seek royalties on behalf of the musicians. To protect its customers from such royalty collection attempts, Cisco has made the difficult decision to remove the Music on Hold CD from Cisco Unified Communications Manager software shipments.

Hi Pierre,
What happens if the customer was to use music from the old CD onto the newer version? Is this a country specific issue?
Also what if the customer was moving over the files as part of upgrades
thanks

Hi,
As informed by Pierre, Cisco no longer provides the MoH CD with the CUCM. If you want to upload a new MoH file to your CUCM, you can convert any MP3 files to the appropriate format and upload it to the CUCM and start using it. To know the exact format CUCM(linux version) supports check the following doc

Try the one on this page (I think these are the only ones available still for download)
Cheers!
