Hi, just to confirm Monitor and Watch on CME.
These features basically monitor and watch the line status of a DN only.
And not actually monitor an active call on that DN. Is this the case?
If so what can be configured to barge into an active call for a specific DN?

You would need to use Shared Lines with CME-Barge

Hey RYA
Be carefull with this as we ran in to a lot of issues with barge and cbarge.
The phones you are using need to support octal lines or this feature will not work.
794x and 796x and 797x will definately work ok.
