Motorola DTR410/600/700 walkies and Cisco IP Phone system

Good day to Everyone,

We're moving to Motorola DTR410/600/700 Digital 900Mhz walkies for our warehouses and looking at integrating them to our Cisco IP Phone system. In the past we've used: Zetron Model 30, Midian STI-1, STI-2 and Cisco ATA-190s. We are currently using VG310 and VG320 voice gateways and would like recommendations to tie in the Motorola DTR410s or later to our Cisco system. Main feature wanted would be for a 7811 to call the walkies.

Our vendor mentioned the units used in the past are not compatible with the VG310 & 320, any recommendations on setting this up?

Your post intrigued me, and I have to admit that I don't have any experience doing an integration with two-way radios.   However, it appears that your selected Motorola radios do not support the "telephone interconnect" functionality that would allow them to connect via sip or analog connections.
