We've started using jabber v12.6 for multi-line use off-campus this week. I have one user when off-campus is able to receive calls on the DN assigned to Line 1, but not for calls to Line 2-4. When on-campus calls come into all lines and all works well.
So far this is the only we've run into with this issue. I've reset jabber on the laptop, deinstall/reinstall, nothing seems to work. I'm connected the same way that her machine is with no issues, even sharing one of the same lines for testing. No problem for me.
Has anyone else ran into this, or have any suggestions for troubleshooting?
Thanks!

I am assuming you are using MRA here, if so please make sure the following is set which is required for multi-line support over MRA:
EXP-C configuration > Unified Communication > Configuration > SIP Path headers and set it toOn.
Multiline support over MRA is supported since Jabber 12.1, so double checking her version would be another things to do.

Hi Chris,
We have started Jabber trial in our organisation. The version is 14.1.0.
Standard agent’s Jabber is configured with 5 lines(1 IPCC, 1 Personal line and 3 shared lines).
We have 5 agents configured, 4 of them worked well on and off the Prem.
However, one agent’s Jabber is missing one shared line when off-Prem, but not missing the line when on-Prem.
When working remote, the agent needs to use Cisco AnyConnect VPN to connect CUCM/UCCX, but not through MRA.
Anything we can try to resolve the issue?
Thanks,
James
