Not sure this is the right area for you, this is the IP Telephony forum (multicast config is not IP Telephony), and FYI, you need to provide a lot more information than just "I need help".

Well, perhaps you are right. But when you want to config MoH, or Paging you first have to config multicast on your network. Some info is missing, my mistake, sorry 4 that.

I did not find any documentation explaining MoH with the topology showed above. There are documents explaining multicast but only with the topology attached above (b4.png).
