Hi Community,
Greetings!!
We have a Cisco 2911/K9 (revision 1.0) 1 GB memory with uck9 permanent License and have VOiP SIP services configured using the Console Command terminal. We are facing the following issues as listed below;
1. We can't pull up the Web interface to configure the CUCM
2. When we try to verify CUCM setup with the below commands
Router# show voice service voip
Router# show dial-peer voice
Router# show sip-ua status
The first command ( show voice service voip) doesn't work at all
3. We are facing issues with multiple incoming calls or call waiting feature Configuration from Command Line Terminal. Always getting the busy tone for the second incoming call. Some of the hunt-group commands are not working.

Thank you for the reply.
Please inform if we can have a workround Or if the Firmware version is old.
Also if you can share some previous old article to fix this issue. Multiple Outgoing calls are working fine. We are facing issue with only incoming calls. Also we have a SIP Trunk from the Mobile Operator.
