I want to configure text and the audio alert to the IP phone which are registered on Webex. Also do I need to set up any server/system to have this working.

Paging groups are supported natively but do not support text notifications and are capped at 75 recipients. Singlewire Infornacast Fusion is capable of text notifications on IP Phones, larger groups, and more.
