If a site can't make more than 3 outbound calls on a PRI and they were able to before. Would that by any chance be related to dspfarm ?

Hi Mohammad,
I would say it won't be a dsp issue most probably. You should check with the telco. Please provide the configs and the debugs for the failed calls.

Weird I reset the gateway in CUCM and they were first able to make 2 outbound calls, then after few min 3 and now 4. I'm going to see what happens tomorrow and will post back with an update.

Yes when they initially reported the issue I was able to make multiple inbound calls successfully.

Hi Mohammad,
You can check the cause code with "debug isdn q931" and based on that you have to work upon,
You can also check the whether all the slots that you have configured are in "idle state" provided that slot is not occupied by any call.
