Hello,
Please help me design IPT/Network design as per below requirements.
I am planning to do it with Centralized multisite SRST model.
scheme of physical connections
diagram showing a logical architecture
description of the protocols used L2 / L3
proposal of active devices, which should be used
Additional information:
network consists 10 locations
one HQ location in which there are 5,000 workstations / IP phones
nine RS locations in which there are 400 workstations / IP phones
link to the Internet is located at HQ.
all locations use IP telephony
in HQ we have 500 CC agents
in HQ we have standalone Dialer system
management system and network monitoring system is located in HQ.

Hi,
Most of the information you are seeking is available in the SRND > Chapter 10 Collaboration Deployment Models: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/srnd/collab11/collab11.pdf
You may want to review the info in SRND and if you are a Cisco partner, you can also open a case with Cisco PDI team at: www.cisco.com/go/pdi

For clarification we (PDI TA) do not assist in designing the whole solution for the partner based on the requirements they have, we only work with UC specialized partners, and expect the partner to come to us with their design ideas and specific questions around it.
General routing, switching, WAN, etc. are beyond our scope of support.

Thanks Jamie. As a PDI TA can you suggest the hardware model and quantity to be used in this type of scenario ?
Which UCS and how many publisher and subscriber. - for 10,000 users ?
gateways and switches at HQ with 5000 users ?
Gateways - at remote site with 400 users.
Switch - at remote site with 400 users.

No, if you need assistance with that, you need to call presales.
Based on the requirements, you should know how many CUCM nodes you would need for the deployment, to then do the math for UCS servers.

Sounds to me like you should seek assistance from reputable Cisco Collaboration partner and/or Cisco account team. They can assist with "FREE" solution architecture and provide adequate BOM for you to purchase. This way you don't end up with inadequate environment.
